Northbeam Coaching was founded in 2014 by Maya Chen in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are a small team of coaches who work with leaders, founders and solo practitioners, and every coach on the team has run a team or a business themselves before coaching others.
The studio mascot is a rescue greyhound called Pickle, who attends most in-person workshops.
We work in short, outcome-based engagements and measure ourselves on what changes for our clients.
